Very quick and easy spot for lunch. Hibachi lunch plates are all around $14 and sushi specials are pretty comparable to everything else around. Most rolls have cream cheese in them, but everything we've had is pretty good. Would recommend the hibachi steak lunch plate and shaggy dog roll. Plenty of parking and quick service makes this a great eatery for a quick bite.

One of the BEST places to eat in/around Birmingham. The hibachi combo is always a must considering it comes with a California roll as well. The ginger dressing here is TO DIE FOR!! Always great service and food, can't miss!
This restaurant is so addictive. We can't go over a few weeks without eating here. I literally can't eat Asian food anywhere else. One restaurant our entire family agrees on. I can't say what makes it so good, it just is. We mainly take out but also eat in- We will occasionally try another place to make sure we are still correct, we are. Most recently we ate at Shiki in Homewood. Bland and no taste. We left disappointed. Osaka is just in a strip mall and no atmosphere but the food says it all.

First time coming here. Just wanted to try a new sushi place. I was very happy with the service. I ordered the crab Rangoon and shaggy roll. The crab was good but it was fried kind of hard. The roll was delicious and everything was reasonably priced. I will be back!
Osaka restaurant appears to be possibly average on the outside, especially where it's located ...but oh no!! My friend, put me onto this restaurant and I have been obsessed ever since! Every time I go in the food, taste fresh, and so delicious. I love the sushi here as well! This place is like a hidden gem. My favorite is the salmon bowl. They will cook the salmon, medium rare if you like, which is how I get it and it's perfectly seasoned and I just also really love how perfectly cooked the vegetables are every single time. Make sure you check out Osaka's you will not be disappointed!

Found another great sushi spot in town. Open during COVID19. Loved the spaced out seating area. Good service, fair prices, and great sushi menu. SO many to choose from. We had 4 great rolls: rainbow, red dragon, amazing roll, and spicy spider. Gotta say we loved them all and let no pieces behind! Beautifully crafted, delicious, and not overly priced. We also had the steak teriyaki dinner plate with vegetables and dumpling. Very good, although I'm more of a sushi person. I would recommend sushi goers to get sushi here! MMM MMM. Will definitely be back again to try more of their special rolls.
